Despite some choppy moments, “Escape Velocity” is a solid album with great production, and a loving homage to classic sci-fi/horror greatness. Metalheads, cyberpunks, and krautrockers alike can all find something to enjoy in Zombi.

In true KMFDM fashion, this album should be “kranked to 11″ at the clubs. All in all, a solid effort with great production, guests that offer more than just a name to boost sales, and an all-around feel that lets you know KMFDM are, in fact, better than the best.
