Welcome to Mind Over Metal, where we document The Metalverse.  ’Mind Over Metal’ began as a radio show on 90.1 WRUV FM Burlington.  It currently airs Fridays at Noon EST, and streams via WRUV.org.  Playlists are available HERE via RadioActivity.

MindOverMetal.org started as an online resource for my Metal reviews for WRUV, and has grown into an international network of dedicated individuals.

As the site continues to expand, so does the need for volunteers.  Thanks largely to digital distribution, we have become involved with more record labels in the last six months than in the last six years.  If you are interested in contributing material to this site, please send an email to Longo@MindOverMetal.org. You may submit original content, or ask for work directly. Currently, considerations may include album reviews, interviews, artwork, news segments, live coverage and photography. The one exception that will currently earn you money is transcribing interviews, which pays $13 each via PayPal.  Please send an email request to work on any audio or video interview that is not currently transcribed, nor a work-in-progress.
