News : BORIS Announce Brooklyn Blackened Music Series Appearance With TORCHE

As part of the previously announced North American Boris tour this Summer, the band have confirmed their appearance as part of the ongoing Blackened Music Series, playing a one-off show alongside Torche at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York.

Taking place on Friday, August 6th, this is the only planned concert featuring both Boris and Torche, celebrating their upcoming split release together (Hydrahead/Daymare). Here is the artwork for the Japanese release by Aaron Turner (ISIS), which you may have already seen. A different cover is due for the American release.

Also on the bill will be Russian Circles, who are joining Boris on the first half of the upcoming tour. Over the past several years, The Blackened Music Series has been responsible for the Scion Music Festival events across the country, as well as many massive NYC shows/showcases including SUNN O))), Shrinebuilder and countless others.
