Children Of Technology is an Italian band that plays crossover thrash similar in the vein of bands like Municipal Waste, Toxic Holocaust and D.R.I. “New Enemies To Hunt” gets the ball rolling with thrashing drums mated to punk guitars/bass. The time signature is highly reminiscent of Motorhead, which is not a surprise as they are a favorite of people who enjoy the thrash metal and punk genres. “It’s Time To Face The Doomsday” is even better, throwing in a slight touch of crust/d-beat to spice things up. Other excellent tracks include “No Man’s Land” (best expresses all of the qualities that make up COT), “Nuclear Armed Dogs” and “Screams From The Earth”.
Children Of Technology have created an unique formula with just the right amounts of thrash and punk. Fans of crossover thrash should not miss this album.
