We touch on similarities and differences with his more well-known projects, Zyklon and Emperor, as well as the recent popularity of black metal in modern media and society at large. EMPEROR classics “Curse You All Men (Live)” and “Inno A Satana (Live)” are now available for download via Rock Band 2 for Xbox 360. Both songs are taken from EMPEROR’s 2009 double-live album, “Live Inferno”. The songs represent UK-based Candlelight Records’ first to appear via the popular music video game.

It’s only natural to expect something this majestic from one of Emperor’s pillars, but the fact that Ihsahn consistently delivers music of this caliber solidifies his deserved reputation as a leader in not just black metal, but the music world at large.
