Review : DANZIG – “Deth Red Sabaoth”

Rating: 3.5/5

To sum things up as someone new to Danzig, I believe this is a decent album that could serve as a crossover of sorts for Misfits fans. I cannot say for sure if this is the best Danzig album ever, but I like what I’ve heard and Glenn has won over a new convert.

Review : THESE ARE THEY – “Who Linger”

Rating: 3/5 … I was never particularly impressed with Novembers Doom, so when I heard that founding members Paul Kuhr and Steve Nicholson had reunited to form a different-sounding band, there was a slight piquing of interest amidst low expectations. I must admit to being pleasantly surprised how much more These Are They resembles bands like Obituary and Entombed, rather than the morose music ND has concocted over the last 15 years.
