ROSETTA have posted a new track to their Myspace page, which has been fully revamped to accommodate the track and artwork from their highly-anticipated new full-length “A Determinism of Morality”, to be released on Translation Loss May 25th, 2010.

Atmospheric doom metallers BATTLEFIELDS kicked off a short string of US shows on March 13th in support of their critically-acclaimed Translation Loss full-length “Thresholds Of Imbalance”, released last year.

On May 22nd, EAST OF THE WALL will be independently releasing the demos for what would have been THE POSTMAN SYNDROME’s second album. The band – of which four out of five members went on to EAST OF THE WALL – released their debut LP Terraforming, on Now Or Never Records in 2002. A second album was planned but never recorded due to the label shutting down in 2004.

To be released via Translation Loss this July, “Ressentiment” is a concept record in which EAST OF THE WALL focus on a slightly different sound, integrating the use of vocals and an increased emphasis on sonic dissonance.

Meshuggah, The Mars Volta, M83, and Battles. Combine those bands and you get progressive experimental electronic thrash metal. You can see why I initially said “WHAT?” when seeing all four of those bands listed as what Irepress sounded like.
